Billie supports research, operations and delivery at Philanthrope, maintaining the systems, data integrity and process discipline that underpin senior finance and governance appointments.
She works across search administration, data management and internal coordination, helping ensure mandates are delivered consistently, accurately and in line with agreed standards.
Her background includes roles within the Civil Service, NHS and Thames Valley Police, where she developed experience in public sector administration, compliance and operational support within high-accountability environments.
Alongside her role at Philanthrope, Billie is completing doctoral research in Arts and Media at the University of Central Lancashire, bringing analytical rigour and structured research capability to her work.
