Graham supports leadership evaluation at Philanthrope, applying behavioural science and psychological research to senior finance and governance appointments.
He works across CFO and board-level searches, contributing structured assessment, behavioural interviewing and research-informed evaluation. His focus is on how leaders think under pressure, navigate trade-offs and build trust across complex stakeholder environments.
Graham’s academic background spans clinical psychology, psychiatry and psychological research at the University of Oxford, alongside earlier study in psychology with a neuroscience specialism. His work integrates scientific rigour with applied organisational judgement.
At Philanthrope, he helps refine the firm’s evaluation framework, embedding clarity, fairness and evidential discipline into appointment decisions.
