Kate Sinclair

Kate supports finance leadership and governance appointments at Philanthrope, leading research, candidate mapping and process discipline across retained searches. She works closely with founders, boards and search partners to ensure appointments are structured, inclusive and evidence-led.

She has particular experience supporting non-profit and mission-led organisations, helping appoint senior leaders where governance, accountability and stakeholder trust are central to performance.

Before joining Philanthrope, Kate worked across the charity, cultural and public sectors in business development, partnerships and national campaign delivery. She has led large-scale public programmes and built cross-sector collaborations, bringing a strong understanding of stakeholder complexity and organisational dynamics.

Kate also serves as Secretary of the co-operative, supporting transparent governance and ensuring internal processes reflect the firm’s long-term stewardship model.
